Cyclist RTC, A66 Penruddock
At approximately 16:15 on the 6th June 2016, a cyclist was involved in a collision with a passing van whilst cycling along the A66 west of Penrith near Penruddock. The A66 was closed by the Police for three hours during and after the incident to allow for their investigations.
